Locomotion Redux

The debate over locomotion systems in VR is endless. We had a lot of talks and we wrote a lot about locomotion in our game.

We had a very nice confrontation with the pople of the VR community and that made us take a decision: Why forcing users to a single locomotion system?

We decided to implement in Runes many types of locomotion:

  • Teleport
  • Touchpad locomotion
  • 4th wall
